■Notes

  • You will not be able to enter JAPAN PACK 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "this exhibition") with just the invitation.
  • Please be sure to complete your pre-registration, print out your "Admission Pass" and bring it with you to the venue on the day.
    * Admission passes will be available for printing from early September.
  • Pre-registration for visitors is limited to one per person.
  • If you are coming with multiple people, please register each person separately.
  • If you wish to attend any of the lectures or seminars, you will need to register in advance.
    * All lectures and seminars will be conducted in Japanese.
    * Pre-registration for the seminar will begin on September 1st.
  • The Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") may use the information you provide to send out various types of information.

■Admission regulations

  • If the organizers determine that you are not an appropriate visitor, you may be refused entry.
  • The admission pass is valid only for the person who registered, and it is prohibited to lend it to others or copy it for use.
  • This exhibition will use a visitor QR code management system.
    When entering the venue, you will need to scan the QR code printed on your admission pass.
  • Information obtained through interviews or photography conducted by the organizers within the exhibition venue, as well as images taken, may be used for public relations and advertising activities for the exhibition.

The Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association, when handling the personal information of members and related parties, will comply with the following personal information protection guidelines and strive to protect personal information.

Information collection
When collecting personal information, we will clearly inform you of the usage purpose (included changes.)
The collection of personal information shall be the minimum necessary for the usage purpose.
Information usage
Personal information will only be used for business purposes such as survey research, human resource development, and exhibitions as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation of the Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association.
Information provision
We will not provide collected personal information to third parties unless the person consents to information provision or when disclosure is required by law.
In addition, if there is a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. of the provided personal information, we will respond to the request promptly.

We will take appropriate measures to keep the contents of personal information accurate.
