The collection of personal information shall be the minimum necessary for the usage purpose.

Personal information will only be used for business purposes such as survey research, human resource development, and exhibitions as stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation of the Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association.

We will not provide collected personal information to third parties unless the person consents to information provision or when disclosure is required by law.

The Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association will appoint a personal information data manager, assign a full-time director to this role, and strive for appropriate information management.

Officers and employees of the Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association will not leak personal data obtained in the course of business or use it for unfair purposes.
