In addition, the electric head Volta offers superior response speed and durability compared to conventional pneumatic heads, enabling a switch from bead to dot application. This reduces adhesive consumption by more than 30%, simultaneously lowering material costs, energy use, and spare part expenses.

Hot Melt Melter 『Alpha』

Fits any packaging line. Alpha is Robatech’s standard hot melt melter, combining flexibility and reliability.

    ALPHA is a compact hot melt applicator that combines robustness, reliability, and safety. It melts up to 12.5 kg of hot melt adhesive per hour, making it ideal for use in limited spaces.

  •

    The smart terminal provides a clear overview of the system status at a glance and allows temperature settings to be adjusted. You can also control pump ON/OFF, switch to standby mode, and set the calendar timer directly from the smart terminal.

    With its built-in Wi-Fi access point or Ethernet connection, ALPHA allows easy configuration and operation from smart devices or a PC.

Hot Melt Melter 『Vision』

Vision is Robatech's innovative hot melt applicator that integrates melting, pumping, control, and quality inspection in a single unit. Its energy-efficient design contributes to enhanced safety and reduced operating costs.

Easy is a simple and compact hot melt melter. Designed for semi-automatic systems and handgun applications, it delivers excellent cost performance. With a 2.6-liter tank and essential functions, it ensures high-quality adhesive application. Plug-in connections make installation easy, and operation is intuitive.

Electric hotmelt head

The electrically driven hot melt application head Volta operates without compressed air, delivering high reliability in both dot and bead application. Hotmelt head SpeedStar Compac

It delivers long-lasting, high-precision dispensing even on high-speed production lines, thanks to its exceptional durability and ultra-fast actuation. By reducing maintenance frequency, adhesive consumption, and application defects, it offers effective solutions to a wide range of production challenges.
