Unlocking the full potential
Visual-Tactile Technology
FingerVision’s unique sensing technology has already been implemented in factories, automating food handling processes such as plating.
At JAPAN PACK 2025, we will introduce automation use cases in packaging processes including loading products into thermoforming packaging machines and placing pillow-packed items into trays, overcoming challenges and automation barriers such as irregular shapes, product variations, and soft or delicate items.
We will also be presenting a pitch within the area during the event, so don’t miss out this opportunity to come see our technology in person!
Products Information
Vision-Based Tactile Sensor
Our core technology integrates visual and tactile senses, enabling advanced control by allowing robots to "see" and "feel" objects in their fingertips. This makes it possible for robots to handle soft and irregularly shaped items, which were previously difficult to manage, while improving the accuracy of autonomous tasks. As a result, it significantly advances automation and efficiency in manufacturing environments, providing solutions beyond sensors (algorithms, software, systems). We aim to contribute to solving issues such as labor shortages and the reliance on individual expertise. With this technology, we offer automation solutions tailored to diverse needs and applications.
