Introducing the new VC-200 camera-based image processing parts counter! Finally, the long-awaited camera-based image processing parts counter has been released, featuring a CCD line scan camera, a shutter speed of 15,000 cycles, and AI learning functionality.
This counter excels at counting parts 10 mm above.
When counting 500 parts, the high-volume feeder can count 485 while the next one counts the remaining 15. In other words, while 15 parts are being counted, the next 485 are being counted. This improves accuracy and counting speed.
This vision counter for parts counting offers a solution to the digitalization of work, alleviating labor shortages and industrial transformation.
