Kyoei Print Giken Co., Ltd. is a metal processing company specializing in precision press mold manufacturing. At the exhibition, we will showcase die-cutting blades that eliminate the need for backing plates or carrier sheets by fitting into grooves that follow the shape of the product after die-cutting, dies that form arbitrary shapes through drawing while simultaneously shearing the sides to create steam vent holes in plastic resin, dies that process small-diameter holes (Φ0.5) through plastic resin containers, and three-dimensional sculpting blades.

Plastic processing technology
By forming a die-cut shape and simultaneously shearing the sides, steam vents are created in the plastic resin. With conventional press molding, scrap is generated when holes are made, which can contaminate the container. However, with this mold, scrap is not generated, and steam vents can be created safely. By positioning the steam vent holes on the side surfaces, there are several advantages: (1) the contents are easy to see, (2) even when stacked, the vent holes are not blocked, and (3) the narrow vent hole area makes it difficult for insects like fruit flies to enter. This is a patented technology.
