The 100% barrier inspection system for food packaging (pillow packs and sealed containers) is a next-generation packaging barrier solution designed with environmental and quality considerations. Detecting packaging defects represents an innovative approach to reducing food loss and advancing SDGs, previously unattainable.
Improved barrier properties effectively preserve food value over extended periods by preventing oxidation, flavor degradation, mold growth, and discoloration.

The MSQ-2003 is the food industry's first comprehensive barrier inspection system for food packaging (pillow bags and sealed containers), developed to preserve food freshness, ensure trust, and represent future packaging technology. It processes 60 units per minute and detects pinholes as small as 50μm in diameter.

MSP-0101

　The MSP-0101 is a desktop food packaging inspection device for pillow packs and sealed containers. It offers higher precision than 100% inspection, capable of detecting pinholes as small as 5μm in diameter, making it ideal for offline barrier testing and storage testing during the packaging design phase.

This is a pseudo-defect defined by the pore diameter and pore length. It can be used in pressure decay leak testing methods and liquid immersion testing methods. It can be utilized for standard setting and validation evaluation using positive controls (defective product samples).
