This video showcases a semi-automatic powder product production line setup. The screw feeder and the powder filling machine are automatically linked via signal control. When the powder level in the filling machine’s hopper becomes low, the feeder is automatically activated to deliver powder into the hopper.
During filling, the system is equipped with a weighing scale, allowing the operator to clearly monitor the net weight of each fill.
Finally, a continuous sealing machine seals the filled packages. The sealing temperature and speed can be adjusted, and an optional printing mechanism can be integrated based on user requirements.

Fill-by-Weight Auger Filler
This auger filler is driven by a servo motor and controlled by a PLC, integrated with a weighing system for precise fill-by-weight operation. The feedback from the scale enables a three-stage filling process to achieve higher accuracy in target weight.
Suitable for a wide range of free-flowing powders, this model supports a filling range from 100g to 1kg. It can be connected with upstream and downstream equipment, such as feeding systems and sealing machines.

The STS-01 is a vertical form-fill-seal packaging system engineered for the precise packaging of powder products. Capable of producing three-side sealed sachets, four-side sealed sachets, or back-sealed stick packs, this integrated solution is ideal for a wide range of applications including probiotics, sugar substitutes, nutritional supplements, protein powders, and both traditional Chinese and Western medicine powders.
At the heart of the STS-01 is a servo-driven auger filler, customized based on the flowability and characteristics of each powder. This ensures consistent and stable dosing with high accuracy. The auger and hopper are constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel and are designed for quick, tool-free disassembly, enabling fast and hygienic maintenance, especially in environments with strict cleanliness requirements.
The machine features a fully polished stainless steel hopper with sloped interior surfaces to eliminate product buildup and ensure smooth material flow. Its bag forming system uses a handcrafted, corrugated stainless steel former that guarantees symmetrical sachet formation and allows for easy removal during changeovers. For sealing, the STS-01 utilizes a horizontal sealing unit with PID temperature control to ensure tight, clean, and uniform seals every cycle.
A servo-driven film pulling system provides accurate film feed, reducing material waste and improving the consistency of bag formation. The integrated eye mark sensor ensures precise cut positioning and can be easily adjusted via the user-friendly HMI touchscreen. The entire system is compact and ergonomically designed to simplify film replacement and enhance operator safety.
The STS-01 is built with high-quality electrical and mechanical components sourced from Japan, Europe, and the USA to ensure stable, long-term performance. The intuitive HMI interface features recipe memory slots for fast product changeovers, while the machine's self-diagnostic system automatically halts operation, displays the fault location, and activates warning signals to prompt immediate attention.
Designed for integration, the STS-01 can be seamlessly connected with upstream and downstream equipment—such as powder feeders, checkweighers, or cartoners—making it a comprehensive packaging solution for efficient production lines.
