Air Shower

The cleanroom duster (air shower) uses the power of the wind to remove foreign matter (dust, hair, etc.) adhering to the body. A high-speed jet jet is sprayed simultaneously from three directions, the left and right sides, and the upper ceiling, blowing away foreign matter attached to the body and sucking it in from the floor. By creating a strong flow from top to bottom, the re-adhesion of foreign matter is reduced.

The returnable box washer

he returnable box washer is a machine that uses air blow to clean both the outside and inside of returnable boxes (empty boxes) used for product transportation at once. Since it does not use water or cleaning agents, there is no need for drying or wastewater treatment after cleaning, making it an energy-saving, low-cost washer. In addition to returnable boxes, it also air blows to clean the exterior of customers' material packaging, preventing foreign matter from getting mixed in when unpacking, leading to safe and secure product quality. The returnable box washer on display is a reference product to suggest "cleaning of items". We will listen to the cleaning conditions required by our customers and design and manufacture the "air blow washer" that is best suited to them.

Air vacuum mat

AIR VACUUM MAT is a high-performance, energy-saving mat that can be used simply by placing it at the entrance of a workplace, the entrance or passage of a clean room, and it scrapes out dirt adhering to the soles and wheels with the repulsive force of a spring brush and instantly removes it with powerful air. The thickness of the mat is only 30 mm (with slopes at both ends), and the brush moves up and down very little, so even small children's shoes and high heels can pass safely.
