Reducing environmental impact
We will showcase our developed packaging machines such as VFFS with a spec of reducing environmental impact, a collaborating robot palletizer, and a gift overwrapping machine that uses glue by natural component. We support our customers by solving production issues through space-saving, labor-saving, and effort-reducing systems.

TWFX+Z is a next-level VFFS model integrated with zipper device that has enhanced usefulness. It has been renewed including the improved performance and space-saving footprint.
The in-line zipper device helps to reduce material costs by feeding zipper tape from a roll, cutting it to a specified length, transferring and attaching it to the film. Zipper can be attached to flat pillow bag, gusset bag, wide-top bag, and TWFX-Z is also capable produce bags without zipper. *This model will not be in the show.

Linear type premade pouch packaging machine, designed for space efficiency and ease of installation has just launched.

This newly launched linear type premade pouch packaging machine has been designed to reduce loss of film material. Stand pouch with zipper that has re-open/re-close function is included in the standard feature which, is great appearance for display.
Vertical Baler DSF25
Vertical baler with automatic string feeding function is just launched.

A Tam’s own manufactured compact vertical baler equipped with automatic string feeding function. Powerful pressing of paper, vinyl or plastic waste in the working site helps to save space for storage.
VFFS Machine :TWFX
The latest model VFFS machine with reputation of usability and packing quality.

These are our latest VFFS machine model TWFX. We demonstrate 2(two) machines in difference specification. 1) Shortened end seal width. Compatible with mono-material that is easy for recycling, and the material is able to be opened the package by hand.
2)Specific machine uses TiMELESS® film for coffee packaging that does not need any valve on the film. We will demonstrate the above two type machines that both approach to eco-friendly.
Robot palletizer CRP001
Using this compact collaborative robot palletizer, palletizing work can be automated and reduce heavy workload.
