Orukami Standing Pouch®

The Orukami Standing Pouch® is a new, thin paper package developed by Sigma P.I. Co., Ltd., by applying its years of cultivated expertise in paper container manufacturing with a dedicated focus on using only carbon-neutral paper. (*For secondary packaging)

While being made almost entirely of paper, it maintains its shape stability just like conventional plastic film standing pouches.

This unprecedented paper standing pouch has a strong presence on store shelves, enabling differentiation from other companies' packaging.

"Non-Blister Pack": Eco Pkg

We have established an automated production line for card-backed products that uses hot melt adhesive.

By directly adhering shrink-wrapped products to a backing card, this eco-friendly packaging format achieves a significant reduction in plastic compared to traditional blister packs.

Pharmaceutical Packaging

At Sigma P.I., we develop paper-based packaging materials, offering a comprehensive service from structural design to manufacturing.

Our design is distinguished by features that balance the safety and convenience of pharmaceuticals, including an anti-breakage structure for vials and a one-touch disposal function.

By substituting conventional packaging, such as plastic pillows, with paper-based materials, we also reduce environmental impact and enhance recyclability.

Through this mono-material construction, we offer a new, sustainable alternative for pharmaceutical packaging.

Corner Sealer and Labeler

This is a corner sealer/labeler that applies seals with just a light press of a box against it. Its compact, desktop design makes it lightweight and easily portable.
