Magnetized Metal Detector
Magnetized Metal Detector NT-series is ultra-sensitive detectors, which have been difficult with conventional metal detectors and feature special magnetic sensors to detect minute magnetic metal contaminants and, in particular, minute SUS wires (Fe φ 0.4mm, SUS φ 0.2 x 2 mm) .
Because the sensor catches only weak magnetic fields generated by magnetic metals, it is not affected by the form of packaging (including aluminum foil wrapping material and aluminum tray) and properties (temperature, salinity, moisture content, etc.) of the object to be inspected.

PinholeInspector for food
Our Pinhole inspector automatically inspects the pinholes and seal defects of sealed packaged products using a high-voltage method and automatically sorts them, enabling non-destructive in-line full inspection. In addition to pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages, we also offer pinhole testers for empty containers, caps, and film sheets, as well as spark testers for electric wires. We also handle various leak testers using pressurization and vacuum methods for aluminum containers and drying products that cannot be adapted by the high-voltage method.
