Water-based Inkjet
Miyakoshi's "MJP ADVANCED 30X/45X for FILM" is an innovative inkjet printer for flexible packaging designed for high speed, high production, easy operation, and environmental performance that accelerate market evolution.
It significantly boosts productivity with its 80m/min high-speed printing and excellent stability.
It also contributes to provide a safe and secure production environment by reducing VOC emissions and solvent odors, while at the same time by eliminating labor shortages.

Water-based Flexo
Miyakoshi’s” MCI-W series” is a central impression flexo press dedicated for "water-based" flexo ink, which sets it apart from existing flexo press designs based on solvent ink.
Existing flexo designs are not suitable for water-based ink due to gradual drying of ink on the plate (plate ink drying), which degrades print quality and poses a major limitation especially in long-run print jobs. MCI achieves excellent operability by minimizing the effect of plate ink drying with a position-adjustable humidifier located adjacent to each plate cylinder.
Using the water-based system, compared to solvent systems, MCI drastically reduces environmental impact in printing, and can handle a wide range of substrates in your long-run production.

EB Offset
Miyakoshi's "MLP18-EB (semi-rotary) and MHL18-EB (rotary)" are unique analog machines that have superior running cost in small lot production and have high reliability in environmental performance.
These 2 machines are line-type rotary offset presses featuring outstanding mobility with EB (electron beam) irradiation devices and ink curing mechanisms.
The environmentally and economically friendly machines with high capacity utilization and a wide range of applications provide strong support for small & medium lot production of flexible packaging.
