Palletizy
Palletizy is a collaborative palletizing robot characterized by its compact size, mobility, and ease of operation. The workpieces coming from two conveyors are loaded onto their respective pallets.
Equipped with the “AutoLayout” function, it eliminates the need for the complex teaching work traditionally required for robot implementation. By simply entering the dimensions of the cardboard boxes and pallets, Palletizy automatically generates the optimal stacking pattern and recommends an efficient layout.
This enables intuitive operation without specialized knowledge, making it a user-friendly automation solution. Palletizy contributes to labor savings and improved efficiency in manufacturing sites such as food factories.
PickPacker
PickPacker is a compact transfer robot designed for high-speed, high-precision picking of irregularly shaped small pouches.
Even irregular pouches such as noodle soup packets can be accurately detected and transferred using 3D vision AI and advanced robot control technology.
With a processing capacity of 1,200 meals per hour, PickPacker enables automation of the serving process. Its space-saving design and adaptability to production lines make it a powerful solution for labor reduction in food factories.
