This device is designed to cut and perforate cardboard to create high-quality packaging cushioning material. It helps reduce both costs and work time, while also contributing to environmental sustainability.

The adjustable working width with scale allows users to tailor cushioning material to the size of the box being packed.

Equipped with a large and convenient carton support table, ensuring excellent operability.

Can automatically cut cardboard larger than the feed throat, with a maximum processing capacity of 70 kg/hour.

■ Kobra FlexPack has an adjustable working width with scale enabling the user to optimize the measure of the packaging material according to
the sizes of the boxes. Moreover, it has a large and convenient carton support table ensuring easy operation.
■ Kobra FlexPack carries the latest Touch Screen Technology: it utilizes a remarkable touch screen keypad where functions are activated by simply
touching the panel. FlexPack also shows a LED load meter indicating the work load on the machine.
■ It comes with an hour meter to help keep records of scheduled cleaning, maintenance and usage time intervals. This standard feature also helps
with filter replacement schedule on machines equipped with the optional DCS-500 system.
■ The unit produces very low noise level on a 24-hour continuous duty operation and carries a very high-efficiency motor that can save
considerable electrical energy cost. It plugs into a standard 230 Volt outlet.

Two conveyor belt movement cycles can be selected from the control panel:

・Forward-Forward: the product exits from the opposite side, increasing productivity.
・Forward-Backward: the product returns to the operator, ideal for fragile items or specific logistics.
These manual L-sealer packaging machines can also be used as sealers only, by turning off the heater. A multiple work cycle can be set to enhance speed: the conveyor belt moves only after a set number of packs are sealed, allowing batch transport into the tunnel.
