Ultrasonic Heat Seal Tester

Yamaha’s Ultrasonic Heat Seal Inspection System UE-02. Utilizes proprietary airborne ultrasonic technology to perform non-destructive, 100% inspection of packaging and sealed products. It detects critical quality issues such as seal voids, delamination, wrinkles, product entrapment, edge breaks, and double sealing. In addition, it can identify signs of weak sealing at an early stage, contributing to preventive maintenance. All inspection images are saved for every item, enabling complete traceability. Even in the event of a defect, you can quickly investigate the cause and provide a prompt explanation to your customers. Use UE-02 to enhance your product quality and minimize risks.
