A parade of new products!
IJP for high-quality printing
HP has released a new printing technology for industrial use.
In response to this, we have developed a product and will be exhibiting it at this exhibition.
This inkjet printer can print on corrugated board at a high resolution of up to 1200 DPI over a wide area up to 108 mm in height. We will be demonstrating it so you can check out its quality for yourself.
Desktop IJP that can stamp
Sheet-fed labels and cartons are fed by a desktop machine and stamped using thermal inkjet.
Stamping is possible in the direction of flow or perpendicular to the direction of flow. The quick-drying ink allows stamping on coated surfaces.
Automation of egg inpack label
We have automated the stamping of expiration dates on egg in-pack labels. When 1,000 egg in-pack labels are set into the machine, OK products are stamped in the OK stock, and NG products and products that have been passed two sheets are put into the NG stock. The process is completed in about 13 minutes, so the operator can do other work.
HP Next Generation Thermal IJP
We will be exhibiting HP's next-generation thermal inkjet printer, the TIJ4.0 Theramacore inkjet. This inkjet printer is capable of printing 23mm height and MAX 1200 DPI, as well as 1D and 2D barcodes.
Automatic loading machine
This machine works in conjunction with the packaging machine and automatically inserts instructions, leaflets, bonus cards, etc., which are normally inserted manually. Automatic inserters help to alleviate labor shortages.
We will be demonstrating it so you can check the quality for yourself.

HELIOS 108 IJP
