Collaborative robot palletizer

· No need for safety fences; humans and robots can work safely in the same space
· In addition to cardboard box palletizing, we propose optimal configurations tailored to the shape and stacking patterns of your workpieces
· Capable of palletizing onto two pallets
· No need to stop the line during pallet exchange
· Can handle two mixed product types and stack them onto separate pallets

･The same shuttle can be used within a single line while performing completely different packaging tasks on the other side, resulting in space and cost savings.
･QR codes are engraved on the shuttles, and by reading them with a barcode reader while they are in motion, the mileage and operating status of each shuttle can be checked and managed on the operation panel.
･Shuttles running within the loop can be sent out from a side lane, allowing shuttles to be replaced without stopping operation even during maintenance.
