Bagmaker INSPIRA
The INSPIRA vertical pillow wrapping machine improves productivity through high-speed bag making and contributes to quality improvement through advanced packaging technology.
The design concept of INSPIRA provides ease of use to reduce operator workload.
Features
・The new CTC function reduces the risk of product entrapment, improving productivity and reducing the amount of film used.
Products can be filled in clusters, reducing product lift and scatter and minimizing bag length.
・The box motion machine can operate at a high speed of up to 160 bags/minute with continuous operation that seals while conveying the film.
The box motion machine can switch between intermittent and continuous operation.
・The machine is designed to be operator-friendly, with features that allow for easy film splicing and film replacement.
The operation screen has a large 15.6-inch screen.
Checkweighers DACS-AX
The concept of this weight checker is to improve productivity by increasing accuracy and adding new functions at production sites.
The model lineup has been expanded with the release of the new model-approved DACS-AX. The structure of the conventional drive weighing unit and main unit base, as well as the electrical design, have been reviewed from the ground up to significantly improve weighing accuracy.

Tray Sealers QX-500
The QX-500 is the latest model of the tray sealer series, which reduces waste loss by extending the life of food products. The QX-500 is equipped with i-DRP, which prints directly on film, offering a new printing style that eliminates the use of ink ribbons and labels.

・The latest technology enables production of up to 100 trays/minute (4 trays/25 cycles).
The latest tray transfer technology prevents trays from being damaged and contents from rolling around.
・The compact layout contributes to space saving at the production site.
Direct printing eliminates the need for film replacement and consumables management when switching products, thereby reducing environmental impact.
・A camera attached to the printer inspects whether barcodes, expiration dates, product names, and other printed contents are printed correctly.
