| 1. Application for booth space: |

Application Period:
No later than March 31 (Tuesday), 2009.
Please note, however, that application may be closed even before the above deadline if all the booth units have been fully booked. |

2)
|
Submission of Application Form:
Please fill in the “Application Form” after acknowledging all terms and conditions specified, and send it to the Executive Office.

Booth space rent:
357,000. Yen, including a 5% consumption tax, per 1 booth unit (3m width x 3m depth=9 square meters (minimum booth dimension per an exhibitor).
Note: Actual effective dimension will be 2.97m width x 2.97m depth=8.82 square meters per 1 booth unit, on account of a system panel construction.

Deposit for booth space:
A deposit of ¥50,000 (excluding a 5% consumption tax) per 1 booth unit
should be remitted to the Organizer's bank account mentioned below as soon as an Applicant receives the relative invoice from the Organizer.

| 2. Exhibition Space Contract: |
|
1)
|
The Applicant will receive from the Organizer the "Exhibition Space Contract", in duplicate, which specifies the assigned booth location, around the end of April, 2009, and the Applicant is requested to sign and return the one copy of
the said "Exhibition Space Contract" marked "Duplicate" to the Organizer, keeping the other copy of the same for the Applicant's record, and also requested to remit the amount due (after deducting the paid deposit from the space rent) within the period specified.

2)

The Applicant will be entitled to the booth space assigned and will be qualified as the Exhibitor once the "Exhibition Space Contract" signed by the Applicant and the amount due of the booth space rent have been duly received by the Organizer.

| 3. Cancellation of application or exhibition space contract: |
|
|
An Application or Exhibition Space Contract cannot be cancelled in principle, and the paid deposit and booth space rent should not be refunded even in case an Applicant or Exhibitor cancels its application or withdraws from the exhibition. In case an Exhibitor requests a booth space reduction from the originally assigned booth space, the reduction will be deemed and disposed as a cancellation.

| 4. Subletting of booth space: |
|
|
The Exhibitor (Applicant) shall not assign, sublet, share or apportion the space assigned to the Exhibitor (Applicant), and the Organizer is entitled to cancel the Application or Exhibition Space Contract. In such event, the paid deposit and/or booth space rent should not be refunded.

| 5. Payment of application deposit and booth space rent: |
|
Payment of an application deposit and a booth space rent shall be transferred to whichever of the undermentioned bank accounts held by Japan Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Association within the specified period. (The remittance charges shall be borne and paid by the Applicant or the Exhibitor.)
