| 1. APPLICATION FOR EXHIBITION |
1) Application Period
July 1 (Thu.), - December 27 (Mon.), 2004
Please in advance be advised that, even within the above period, the application may be closed should all the booths be fully booked.

2) Application for Exhibition
Fill in the "Application Form" after acknowleding the specified conditions and mail it to the Executive Office.

4) Deposit for Exhibition
A deposit of ¥50,000 (excluding the consumption tax of 5%) per booth must be paid not later than Dec. 27 (Mon.), 2004.
* A promissory note is not accepted.
5% shall be deducted from the paid deposit at the time of the formal contract for exhibition, should the deposit be paid before the above deadline.

| 2. FORMAL CONTRACT FOR EXHIBITION |
1) An applicant will receive 2 sets of contract which specifies the assigned booth location from the Organizer in March, 2005.
The applicant is requested to sign the contract and submit it in duplicate within the designated period of application and also to pay the balance (deducting the paid deposit).
* A promissory note is not accepted.

2) The period of signing the contract shall be from April 1 (Fri.) through April 30 (Sat.), 2005.

3) The applicant will acquire its right of using the booth(s) upon signing the formal contract.

| 3. CANCELLATION OF APPLICATION |
1) An application in principle may not be cancelled.
|
2) The paid deposit and/or exhibition fee shall not be refunded even in case of the cancellation of application or contract.
