

- The basic “Single booth”, consisting of a rear panel, 2 side panels and a booth number plate, shall be provided by the Organizer. A fascia can be provided upon request. The “Block booth” or part of the “Double booth” shall be provided only with a rear panel and a booth number plate. Refer to the following page for the basic booth plan and the material used.
- The cost for any other booth decorations shall be borne and paid by the Exhibitor.

A maximum height of 4.5 meter is permitted for any decorative booth structures,regardless of the booth location and size, within 1 linear meter from an isle and an adjouning booth, on condition that the drawing of the booth decoration plan be submitted to the Organizer for approval by the Organizer and by the competent fire defense authorities.

- Basic power supply
The Organizer will provide electricity free of charge to each booth up to the capacity of 1.5 KW (total of 50Hz 100V and 200V)
- Trunk line
The Organizer will also provide each booth with a basic trunk line including a 2-way switch. The cost of any secondary wiring shall be borne and paid by the Exhibitor
- Additional trunk line
The cost for additional wiring shall be \8,400. per 1 KW and \4,200. per each additional 500W or fractions thereof, regardless of the voltage. of 100V or 200V

Electrical charge
Electrical charge shall be \52.50 per 1 KWH in accordance with the rate set by the Tokyo Electric Power Co. based on the 1KWH output and load, and charged to each Exhibitor during the exhibition period. The abovementioned charge of \52.50 per 1KWH is based on the rate as of August 2010, and it may be adjusted accordingly should it be changed before the opening of the exhibition

- Shipping-in of the exhibit should be done within two (2) days of October 15 (Saturday) and 16 (Sunday), 2011
- Shipping-out of the exhibit should be completed during the period from hours 18:00 of October 21 (Friday), 2011 until hours 15:00 of October 22 (Saturday), 2011
- Only the crane and/or forklift truck designated by the Organizer can be used for both shipping-in and shipping-out operations and the Exhibitor is not permitted to bring in and use any crane and/or forklift truck other than those designated by the Organizer

The Organizer will apply the showgrounds as the bonded exhibition area during the period from October 15 (Saturday) through 22 (Saturday), 2011 The Exhibitor who wants to display the exhibits as the bonded goods should so notify the Organizer in advance.

- The Exhibitor may demonstrate its exhibits within the confines of its booth, but theExhibitor is required to take all necessary precautions to safeguard the visitors under its own responsibility.
- In case an Exhibitor hands out food samples turned out from demonstration of the machine exhibited for tasting by the visitors, it is required for the Exhibitor to submit a written notice to the competent public health authorities The Organizer will make such notification collectively for and on behalf of such Exhibitors.
- Every Exhibitor is requested to refrain from making presentation of its exhibits, distribution of samples, giveaways, pamphlets, etc. and inducing of the visitors to its booth beyond the confines of its own booth.

Use of a microphone or a speaker (including those with a built-in monitor) is permitted if certain specified conditions are met. (For details of such conditions, refer to the Exhibitors’ Handbook which will be available to the Exhibitor around June 2011.)

Smoking is prohibited under the Fire Prevention Law of Tokyo Metropolitan Government except some designated areas.

The Exhibitor is required to observe the intellectual property right and make all possible efforts for protection of industrial rights registered with the Patent Office as well as any peculiar well-known technologies. The Organizer does not involve in any disputes relating to any infringement of patents, trademarks or industrial design prior to, during, or subsequent to the period of the Japan Pack 2011, and the Exhibitor is requested to seek its own legal counsel to settle such issues.

The Exhibitor is requested to dispose properly the industrial wastes generated by booth decoration under its own responsibility. The wastes turned out by demonstration of the exhibits will be disposed by the Organizer, but the Exhibitor will be responsible for the cleaning of any excessive amount of wastes in and/or around its booth.

All matters and questions not covered herein are subject to the decision of the Organizer. The rules and regulations set forth herein may be amended or added at any time by the Organizer, and all amendments or additions that may be so made shall be as equally binding on all parties affected as the original rules and regulations. Every exhibitor will be provided with an “Exhibitors’ Handbook”, at a later date, which will also be deemed as an extension of the relative contract

The show period or hour may be changed in case the Organizer judges it necessary to do so. However, the Organizer will not be liable for any loss that may occur to the Exhibitor by such changes. The Organizer may reserve a right to cancel the accepted application for the booth space in case the exhibition cannot be held due to any natural disaster, terrorism, Acts of God or any other unavoidable reasons. In such case, the Exhibitor waives any and all damages and claims for damages, and agrees that the sole liability of the Organizer shall be to return to each Exhibitor its booth space rent paid, less its pro-rata share of all costs and expenses incurred and committed by the Organizer. It is expressly understood and agreed by the Exhibitor before filing the application for the booth space that the abovementioned conditions are agreed on and raise no objections under any grounds or circumstances

Japanese Yen \3,000. / visitor (throughout the show period)A “Complimentary Ticket” can be downloaded from our website , by clicking the “complimentary ticket” button and filling in all information required to print out your complimentary ticket as many copies as you want. The visitor is requested to bring this hard copy and present it to the registration counter in the entrance lobby of the Tokyo Big Sight on the day of visit. The complimentary ticket page will appear on our website about two months before the opening of the show
